Scientific Games, a global leader in social and online gaming and lottery based in Las Vegas with roughly 150 locations and 10,000 employees, faced a lone worker safety challenge: many Field Service Technicians perform off-site repairs alone and are exposed to risks like injury, theft, and assault. Having already deployed the Vector LiveSafe platform from Vector Solutions, Scientific Games wanted to ensure these lone workers had reliable, location-independent access to safety resources and check-in capabilities.

Vector Solutions helped Scientific Games expand use of the Vector LiveSafe platform by increasing tailored Broadcast messages and Check-Ins to prompt worker status confirmations and by customizing the app’s Resources section with safety information and training videos. This approach improved lone worker awareness and safety and drove measurable engagement, including a spike to over 3,000 Resource views in 2020–2021.
