Rock Hill Schools - Customer Case Study

Rock Hill Schools (RHS), a K–12 district serving nearly 18,000 students across 29 locations, needed a more efficient, cost‑effective way to train 2,400 employees when only two staff handled all risk and safety training. The district engaged Vector Solutions and its Vector Training online system (formerly SafeSchools) to meet OSHA, insurance, state and internal safety requirements and deliver consistent training across the district.

Vector Solutions deployed Vector Training and the Vector Incident Management System so RHS could assign, customize, and track mandatory courses while allowing staff to complete training on their own schedule. The district has logged more than 31,000 course completions and achieved an 18% decrease in accidents and claims, while gaining the ability to identify hazards, monitor incidents, and ensure compliance across all employees.
