Rengo Packaging, Inc., a corrugated packaging manufacturer in Kapolei, Hawaii, needed to rapidly onboard and train a largely inexperienced workforce, manage contractor orientation during site build-out, and establish a strong safety and training culture. To meet those challenges they partnered with Vector Solutions and adopted Vector Solutions’ LMS and online corrugated manufacturing and safety courses (including Box Plant Basics and contractor/employee training modules).

Vector Solutions implemented a Contractor LMS for builders and an employee LMS with onboarding curricula, job-specific modules, safety training, and communications/recordkeeping features. The result was measurable: Rengo reports zero recordable safety incidents since opening (only minor first-aid cases), a smoother onboarding process that supported roughly 35 hires in 6–8 weeks, praise from a HIOSH inspector for its training and documentation, and a noticeably stronger safety culture.
