North Shore Fire Rescue Confident Its Training Records Are Accurate, Thanks to TargetSolutions

North Shore Fire Rescue (Wis.) was struggling to ensure 100% of its personnel completed mandatory training and compliance tasks across multiple stations. In January 2012 the department adopted Vector Solutions’ TargetSolutions online training and records management platform to assign, schedule and electronically record training for the entire department.
