Mount Laurel Fire Department Realizes Full Potential of TargetSolutions’ Online Training Management System

Mount Laurel Fire Department, which serves more than 40,000 residents across 22 square miles in New Jersey, had relied on TargetSolutions for nearly a decade but faced a growing challenge: tracking ISO training hours and other compliance data was labor-intensive and they weren’t using the platform’s full capabilities. Working with vendor Vector Solutions and the TargetSolutions platform, the department sought a way to centralize training, monitor CEU requirements, and streamline administrative work to improve efficiency and readiness.

Vector Solutions helped Mount Laurel implement TargetSolutions’ ISO Training Tracker and expand credentialing to monitor CEUs for fire inspectors, company officers, and drivers, centralizing all training entries into a single system with remote access for volunteers. With support from Vector Solutions product specialist Tim Riley, the department reduced manual reporting, strengthened compliance tracking, and achieved a measurable improvement in its ISO rating from a 4 to a 3.
