Mobile Fire-Rescue, a 20-engine-company department serving a 400-square-mile region in Mobile, Alabama with nearly 500 employees, needed a reliable way to manage daily inspections and maintain compliance with state and EMS requirements. Vector Solutions implemented TargetSolutions Check It™, a mobile and web-based inspection platform integrated with their LMS, enabling personnel to perform checks on phones, scan barcodes to pull equipment records, and use a Tickets workflow to manage repairs. The solution let Mobile Fire-Rescue quickly identify recalled monitors by serial number, streamline work-order communication, track repair status and costs, reduce redundant emails, and generally improve inspection processes to ensure compliance and address problems sooner.
