Lincoln Electric System becomes one of Nebraska’s Safest Companies with IndustrySafe

Lincoln Electric System (LES), the not-for-profit electric utility serving Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas, needed a way to centrally manage and track its safety program, integrate with existing HR systems, and automate notifications so critical safety issues wouldn’t be missed. LES partnered with Vector Solutions to deploy the IndustrySafe safety management platform to house procedures, reports, and alerts.

Vector Solutions worked with LES to configure IndustrySafe modules (Incidents, Hazards, Inspections, Dashboards, Training, etc.), creating a centralized online database, automated alerts, and custom dashboards for tracking DART and other key metrics. As a result, LES gained faster access to safety data, automated notifications to the right personnel, and was recognized by the National Safety Council, Nebraska as one of Nebraska’s Safest Companies.
