The Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed) provides caregiver training and compliance solutions to home care agencies, assisted living facilities, and government programs. As IPCed’s online business grew—to more than 1,500 employer organizations delivering training to over 90,000 caregivers—they lacked internal development resources to build requested features. To address this, IPCed turned to Vector Solutions and implemented the Convergence Customer Campus LMS, a white‑label training platform offering out‑of‑the‑box functionality.

Vector Solutions’ Customer Campus enabled IPCed to quickly create branded portals for each client, give customers full administrative control, provide a built‑in course library, and sync with customers’ HR systems via API. The move delivered major usability improvements, made demos easier, produced a “big increase in sales,” and freed IPCed from building its own system so it can better service its 1,500+ customer organizations and 90,000 caregivers.
