A Vector Solutions Case Study
Georgia State University Police Department partnered with Vector Solutions to improve how it tracked officer performance and supported morale. Previously, the department relied on Excel files and emails, which made it difficult to keep information organized, reduce redundancy, and recognize both positive and negative behaviors. With officers working long hours under intense scrutiny, GSUPD needed a better way to build transparency, encourage growth, and strengthen peer support.
Vector Solutions implemented Guardian Tracking as an early intervention system to centralize behavior tracking, send positive commendations, flag concerns, and support peer referrals and counseling. The result was stronger communication across the department, more recognition of good work, and improved morale and officer behavior. GSUPD also reported a decrease in disciplinary actions, while leadership gained easier access to reporting and more efficient oversight through Vector Solutions’ platform.
