French River Education Center - Customer Case Study

French River Education Center (FREC), a private non-profit serving school districts in Worcester County, MA, was struggling with time-consuming paper-and-pencil observation and evaluation processes across its member districts. To better manage evaluations and professional development, FREC adopted Vector Solutions' Vector Evaluations+ and later added Vector PD Tracking.

Vector Solutions replaced the old paper system with an online platform that organizes observations, tracks PD, enables teachers to chart progress and upload evidence, and gives principals and superintendents dashboard oversight to keep evaluations aligned with district goals. Serving 25 member districts since 2012 (with PD Tracking added in 2017), the Vector Solutions implementation reduced administrative burden, increased communication and collaboration, and helped teachers work toward more positive end-of-year evaluations.
