EMJ Construction Scales Training for Multiple Sites and Remote Workers with Vector Solutions

EMJ Corporation, a construction firm with employees at multiple sites and dozens of remote job sites, needed to scale training for a workforce that ranges from new college graduates to 30‑year veterans and licensed professionals. To improve learning resources and support for dispersed workers, EMJ partnered with Vector Solutions and implemented the Vector Learning Management System (LMS), online AEC training courses, live webinars, and online credential and license management tools.

Vector Solutions’ LMS and course catalog give employees easy, anywhere access to technical, soft‑skills, and software training while managers assign targeted learning to close critical skills gaps and build career paths. EMJ now uses Vector Solutions’ license-management and online renewal courses to avoid employee travel for renewals, reports increased employee engagement and upskilling, and considers Vector Solutions essential to its employee development strategy.
