Forsyth Technical Community College, a community college in Winston‑Salem, NC serving about 12,000 students and 1,000 staff across eight locations, needed a better way to track and deliver mandatory employee compliance training and move away from paper processes. Vector Solutions implemented the SafeColleges platform, combining off‑the‑shelf SafeColleges content with Forsyth Tech’s customized courses (including handbook acknowledgements), integrating with Active Directory/LDAP for automated user updates and email notifications, and enabling mobile access. As a result Forsyth Tech achieved over a 95% course completion/compliance rate within the first year, streamlined reporting with exportable data, and greater flexibility in training delivery.
