Denver Public School Department of Safety (DPS DOS), which protects more than 93,000 students and 15,000 staff across 220 buildings, struggled with time-consuming, manual processes for daily observation reports and Field Training Officer (FTO) tracking—staff were filling out Word documents and uploading them to the district’s TargetSolutions LMS.
