CorrChoice, a major corrugated-sheet manufacturer operating six plants, wanted to strengthen its safety culture by tying compliance training to monthly and quarterly bonuses while staying aligned with OSHA rules. They needed a way to assign, track and verify required safety training so employees could take ownership of their safety responsibilities. Using Vector Solutions’ Convergence LMS, CorrChoice moved routine topics to self-paced eLearning, scheduled monthly assignments and managed instructor-led sessions for more complex subjects, with centralized tracking and reporting. The change made training more organized and efficient, increased individual ownership of safety responsibilities, allowed face-to-face time to focus on high-impact topics, and led to fewer reportable incidents across their plants.
