Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, a world-class casino and resort employing over 1,100 people, faced the heavy administrative burden of creating, scheduling, delivering and tracking annual regulatory and leadership training for hundreds of staff—an issue made more urgent by COVID-19 and regulatory audit requirements. To address this, they implemented Vector Solutions’ Vector Learning Management System (Vector LMS for Casinos) in 2018 to move training online and centralize records.

Vector Solutions configured Vector LMS for Casinos to host more than 100 courses (Title 31, leadership, COVID-19 safety, custom content, etc.), upload custom PowerPoints and acknowledgements, and use a Training/New Hire Matrix to auto-assign and schedule classroom sessions while tracking completion from one dashboard. As a result, Chukchansi staff can complete mandatory training anytime, administrators have a single system of record for compliance, reporting and audits are expedited, and the need for large in-person gatherings has been largely eliminated.
