The Advertising Standards Authority, the UK's independent regulator for non-broadcast advertising, required an efficient helpdesk and remote support solution. They partnered with Vector Networks and implemented its IT Service Management Solutions, including the Vector PC-Duo Remote Control product, to address this need.

Vector Networks' solution enabled the ASA's support team to resolve problems from any remote location, significantly saving time and money over more than three years of use. The ASA later expanded its use of Vector Networks' products by adopting modules for helpdesk, inventory, and software distribution, which increased efficiency and improved asset management capabilities.
