Schmack Biogas, a leading German provider of biogas plants, sought a solution to achieve just-in-time feeding for its operations. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Vecoplan to implement a toploader system for effective material handling.

Vecoplan provided a comprehensive storage and conveyor solution, including toploaders and belt conveyors controlled by a fully automatic system. This allowed for the just-in-time reception and automatic storage of substrates, enabling fully automatic feeding of the biogas plant while the process was running. The customer reported being highly convinced by the Vecoplan solution and is planning to acquire more toploaders for future projects.
