Efficient Disposal of Rotary Cut Veneer

The Italian wood panel manufacturer Invernizzi required an efficient system to process and dispose of rotary cut veneer waste from its plywood production. Vecoplan addressed this challenge by designing a custom, energy-efficient disposal line, which included specialized shredding and conveying components.

Vecoplan implemented a complete turnkey solution featuring a modified drum chipper feeding conveyor, a drum chipper, and a drag chain conveyor, all seamlessly integrated with the customer's existing material handling. This new disposal line allows Invernizzi to produce high-quality fuel and wood chips for its chipboard production, resulting in increased production capacity, significant energy savings, and a completely trouble-free operation.
