Shearings Holidays, the UK’s number one coach holiday tour operator, wanted to lower cost-per-acquisition while driving more incremental bookings in a highly competitive market with an 81% abandonment rate. Ve Global supported the challenge with a data-driven programmatic advertising strategy and retargeting approach designed to bring abandoned bookers back to the site and encourage them to complete their bookings.

Ve Global implemented display retargeting, audience segmentation, brand-safety controls, and ongoing campaign optimisation using static and dynamic ads, HTML5/native creative, and seasonal messaging. The results were strong: CPA fell from £6.98 in the first month to £6.03 by April 2016, and each campaign generated about 400 conversions, leading Shearings to move its retargeting budget fully to Ve Global.
