American Soda, a large online retailer of American candy and drinks in the UK, was facing a significant challenge with high cart abandonment rates during the checkout process on their website. To address this issue, they turned to Ve Global and its suite of re-engagement applications to recover lost sales.
Ve Global implemented a solution using several of its products. They first used VeContact to send personalized, on-brand emails to re-engage customers. They then deployed VePrompt, a customized overlay that appears at the point of abandonment, and later utilized VeAds for retargeting. This multi-app approach delivered impressive results for American Soda, including a 51% email open rate and conversion rates as high as 44% from ad clicks, successfully minimizing checkout abandonment.
