TI Fluid Systems, a global manufacturer and supplier of automotive fluid systems technology with 27,000 employees worldwide, wanted a modern way to help employees speak up safely across its 28-country footprint. The company needed an innovative mobile solution that could support different languages and make it easier for people to report concerns without fear.

TI Fluid Systems partnered with Vault and used the Vault mobile app to create a confidential Speak Up channel for employees. The solution lets users submit cases directly to internal case managers, communicate anonymously or by name, and use Vault’s GoTogether feature, which only opens a case if two employees report the same individual. The result was a safer, more progressive ethical culture, though the case study does not provide specific numeric impact metrics.
