Vasion implemented a cloud repository capable of handling 64+ TB (over one billion pages), converting an initial 6 TB from a competitor and ingesting 30k–70k documents daily (about 1–1.5M documents per month). The solution includes bulk scanning (KnowledgeLake), print/send/upload and Microsoft Office integrations, LOB and Outlook search, a daily change file for local reporting, and 24/7 monitored support. As a result, RoundPoint gained one central, secure repository with instant access, dramatically fewer lost files, reduced paper and storage costs, faster document retrieval and more efficient workflows.
