RMTS LLC, a Jersey City–based managing general underwriter specializing in medical stop loss, group life and AD&D, needed to centralize a massive paper archive, improve HIPAA compliance and make file search and access faster and more secure. To tackle these challenges they engaged Vasion to digitize and manage their content in a secure digital repository.

Vasion implemented a centralized digital repository with easy scanning and custom forms, configurable security policies, automation and end-to-end encryption to enable scalable search and remote access. The solution has nearly eliminated RMTS LLC’s paper archive, dramatically reduced lost and misplaced files, and now securely holds over 175,000 organized, indexed documents while ensuring compliance and future scalability.
