Holliday Rock Simplifies Document Management with Vasion

Holliday Rock, the largest producer of construction materials in the US, was struggling with three separate on-prem document systems (Kofax, Application Xtender, and Docusign), restrictive licensing that limited document processing to a single workstation, and lack of customer access and cloud resilience. To modernize and consolidate its workflows, Holliday Rock selected Vasion’s cloud document management platform to replace those legacy applications and provide scalable, secure, web- and mobile-based access.

Vasion consolidated scanning, archival, e-signature, forms, and workflow into a single cloud solution, going live in just a couple of months. As a result, Holliday Rock replaced Kofax, Application Xtender, and Docusign with Vasion; 10–15 cross‑departmental users can now scan and process documents from any workstation or mobile device, customers can access needed documents, daily reports on ticket status are run, and the company handles over 1,000 documents daily more efficiently.
