GoDaddy, the world’s largest domain registrar and mass-market web host serving millions of customers globally, faced a scalability problem with its on-premises accounts payable invoice processing system as the company expanded. To modernize and support growing global workflows, GoDaddy engaged Vasion to deliver a cloud-hosted document management and accounts-payable workflow solution that could be customized and integrated with their existing systems.

Vasion worked closely with GoDaddy’s AP team to build custom workflows, migrate the repository from the legacy format, create admin and reporting dashboards, and train 335 users to scan and process invoices from desktop scanners and directly from Microsoft Dynamics GP. The Vasion deployment enabled multi-level automated routing (up to six approval levels), doubled daily processed invoices within 90 days, and delivered a single secure repository with faster retrieval, reduced paper and storage, and fewer lost files.
