A Vasion Case Study
BASICS International, a nonprofit serving children and families in Chorkor, Ghana, struggled with paper-based processes, slow communication between its Ghana and New York offices, and delays in sharing donor updates and school registration information. These inefficiencies made it harder to maintain donor engagement and efficiently enroll children in school.
Vasion implemented Vasion Automate to digitize workflows, streamline registration, and move donor correspondence and student records into secure, cloud-based processes. As a result, BASICS International improved speed, accountability, and tracking, reduced paperwork and printing costs, and expanded staff capacity—freeing more funds for programs like food and education.
