Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC), a not-for-profit utility cooperative supporting 38 EMCs and roughly 800 employees across 12 locations in Georgia, needed to modernize aging 32-bit and 64-bit print servers, regain oversight of direct IP printing at remote sites, and eliminate time‑consuming, help-desk‑dependent printer installations.
