Canadian Corps of Commissionaires - Customer Case Study

The Canadian Corps of Commissionaires, a large Canadian not‑for‑profit with a lean administrative team, needed a cost‑effective way to centrally manage networked printers across multiple sites, simplify deployment and enable end‑user self‑service, and curb overuse of consumables. To address these challenges they adopted Vasion’s PrinterLogic print‑management solution.

Vasion’s PrinterLogic gave IT a single pane of glass for provisioning and driver management, enabled a self‑service portal (including floorplan‑based installs) that cut new‑printer deployment from roughly 17 hours to about 10 minutes, and added auditing that spurred department chargebacks and a cultural shift to reduce consumables. The project delivered payback in less than a year, avoided hiring an extra IT person earlier than planned, and produced ongoing cost and time savings for the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires.
