Independent Photocopier Services (IPS), a Dublin-based MSP with about 5,000 devices in the field and a staff of ~30, sought to move beyond break/fix contracts into full managed print services while supporting diverse customer environments and a cloud/SaaS option that met strict resiliency and compatibility requirements. To meet those challenges IPS selected Vasion and its serverless print infrastructure and Vasion SaaS as the platform to deliver end-to-end print management.

Vasion provided a centrally managed, serverless printing solution with dynamic deployments, enforceable policies, secure release and mobile printing, letting IPS manage print environments across Europe without expanding headcount. As a result IPS can control drivers and print policies from a single pane of glass, enabled secure printing for 90 printers across distributed sites while removing WAN print traffic, onboarded multi-school trusts within a week, and has used Vasion to win new business and deliver measurable cost and resilience improvements to customers.
