Conversant Group, an IT infrastructure and security consulting firm serving primarily North American law firms, faced persistent printing challenges in Citrix VDI environments: print servers created single points of failure and downtime, roaming users struggled to install local printers, and management access across customer environments was fragmented. To address these issues, Conversant Group adopted Vasion’s serverless print infrastructure, including its MSP portal and web-based self-service portal, to simplify Citrix printing and empower end users.

Vasion implemented a centrally managed direct‑IP, serverless printing model with a VDI‑deployed client, plus a self‑service web portal and MSP portal for single‑pane administration. The result: print servers were eliminated, users can install nearby printers anywhere with one click, and Conversant manages diverse customer environments from a consolidated console. Conversant now supports five large law firms (~200 printers) through the MSP portal, and one 300‑user firm cut print‑related help‑desk tickets by half, improving responsiveness and user satisfaction.
