RC Willey Home Furnishings, a multi-state retailer with 14 locations, a couple hundred general-purpose printers and about 1,500 users, faced a time-consuming, hybrid print environment: domain-based print servers for workstations and manually configured direct‑IP printers for thin clients that required trained technicians to manage local changes.
