Clark County Nevada - Customer Case Study

Clark County, Nevada, one of the largest U.S. counties supporting more than 2.25 million residents and printing an estimated 400,000–500,000 pages per month, needed a fast, low‑disruption print‑management solution to support a 500‑device fleet refresh, eliminate print servers, and simplify a confusing end‑user installation experience. After an RFP the county selected Vasion and its cloud offering, Vasion Print SaaS, to address those challenges.

Vasion used Vasion Print SaaS’s migration tool and intuitive self‑service portal to consolidate drivers, centralize management, and enable direct‑IP printing; two admins deployed roughly 500 devices in two months with strong uptime. The project eliminated eight print servers (reducing the pool from nine to one reserve), cut admin headcount from three to one, standardized installs, reduced print‑related support, and produced clear ROI and improved printing availability.
