HAMBS Medical Benefits Systems, a member-owned not-for-profit based in Adelaide that delivers its HAMBS application via a large Citrix farm to 25 funds, faced slow, manual and fragmented print management across about 200 distributed printers and multiple Citrix/EDI servers.
