Tazergy, a Woodstock, Georgia–based IT services provider for the senior-living industry, struggled with time-consuming, manual printer management across more than 150 multi-tenant locations, heterogeneous device fleets, roaming staff and BYOD mobile-printing needs. With no consistent Active Directory environment and concerns about WAN-dependent centralized servers, printing generated roughly 35 support tickets a day and threatened to force headcount increases—so Tazergy turned to Vasion’s cloud-based printing solution, PrinterLogic SaaS, to address the challenge.

Vasion deployed PrinterLogic SaaS with its MSP portal, centralized direct‑IP management, a consolidated driver repository and an optional mobile-printing module, enabling automated deployments and one‑console oversight of every tenant’s print environment. The result: automated driver provisioning, virtually eliminated print-related tickets (down from about 35/day to almost zero), minimal WAN dependence, faster deployments and no need to expand staff—delivering measurable operational relief and improved customer service for Tazergy.
