Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, a multi-office law firm with roughly 500 attorneys across eight regional sites, was struggling with a sprawling print environment: routine printer installs were too complex for average users, multiple print servers created heavy backend overhead, and frequent frontend printing issues generated persistent helpdesk calls. To address these problems the firm turned to Vasion and its PrinterLogic print-management solution.

Vasion deployed PrinterLogic’s web-based self-service portal and interactive floorplan maps so users can find and install printers themselves, while IT now manages printers centrally. As a result, all print servers were eliminated, end-user printing issues have nearly ceased, support tickets that required escalation dropped to zero, and the firm estimates attorneys save about 5–10 hours per week in technical support time.
