Varsity Logistics implemented an adaptable P-List mapping approach that reads SAP files (IT_LIKP, IT_LIPS, IT_VEKP, IT_VEPO), initiates ShipSoft processing, and returns tracking numbers, freight charges and documents (labels, BOL, manifests, HAZMAT docs) to SAP. The Varsity solution delivered invisible, real-time order processing with instant shipment status and proof-of-delivery access, more accurate shipping cost capture for invoicing and analysis, and improved speed, throughput and reliability by running both systems on System i.
