Assist Cornerstone needed a seamless way to exchange shipment and order data between its ERP and shipping systems to improve shipment visibility, simplify proof-of-delivery requests, and ensure accurate shipping costs. Varsity Logistics provided the Assist Cornerstone Interface to connect Assist Cornerstone with Varsity ShipSoft and ShipPack, enabling order processing from entry through delivery.

Varsity Logistics’ interface uses a flexible P-List to map Assist Cornerstone files (OEORHDOH, OEORDLOD, ADRESSAD) into ShipSoft/ShipPack and return tracking numbers, package IDs, weights and freight charges back into Assist Cornerstone. The result is instant shipment-status visibility, streamlined POD requests, accurate shipping-cost capture for invoicing and analysis, support for invisible or visible processing modes, and improved speed, throughput and reliability on the IBM System i platform.
