Veridian Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit credit union in Iowa with over $5 billion in assets and more than 250,000 members. Facing inconsistent reporting procedures and a lack of confidence in the quality and reliability of call history reports across its deployment, Veridian turned to Variphy for call analytics and reporting to provide consistent, manager-ready data.

Variphy implemented granular, configurable reporting and user-specific dashboards (across a 1,200‑endpoint deployment), enabling customized CDR reports, scheduled automated delivery (email/FTP) in PDF/XLSX/HTML/CSV, and shared/default dashboards to standardize outputs.
