Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a Houston-based multispecialty healthcare provider supporting care across centers and clinics, faced challenges after deploying a new Cisco phone system across 7,000 devices: limited in-house telecom staff, lack of experience with the platform, and inadequate built-in CDR reporting. To address these gaps they evaluated and selected Variphy’s reporting and analytics solution for Cisco, using the Variphy software deployed via OVA.
