Fivestars, a small business payments and marketing platform, needed a better way to handle planning and reporting as the company grew and was acquired by SumUp. Its finance team was relying on manual, Excel-based processes and looked to Vareto’s FP&A software for a faster, more scalable solution.

Vareto implemented direct integrations with NetSuite and Workday to automate data flows into dashboards and budget-versus-actuals reporting, giving the finance team real-time visibility across the business. Fivestars was able to set up its first reports in three to four weeks, save at least 10% of forecast process time, and provide leadership with a clearer, more holistic view of performance, seasonality, and spend.
