Why American Fork High School returned to Charms

American Fork High School’s marching band in northern Utah needed a program management solution that could keep up with its busy schedule, parent communication needs, student tracking, and equipment management. After using Charms for more than 15 years, the band briefly switched to another music program management tool, but staff and volunteers found it frustrating, with calendar issues and limited reporting that made daily operations harder.
