Case Study: Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University streamlines registrations and scheduling with ASAP from Vanco

A Vanco Case Study

Preview of the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University Case Study

The Peabody Preparatory of Johns Hopkins University uses ASAP to get registration and scheduling working in concert

Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University’s Peabody Preparatory needed a better way to handle class registration, scheduling, and class management for its music and dance programs, especially for private lessons and a mix of group and individual offerings. The organization was dealing with in-person registration lines, paper-based employee tuition validation, and inconsistent data that made planning and reporting difficult, so it turned to Vanco’s ASAP platform.

With Vanco’s ASAP, Peabody moved registrations online, added self-service catalog browsing and payment plans, and tied scheduling and billing into Johns Hopkins’ financial systems for more reliable reporting. The school now uses ASAP as a single source of truth for class, faculty, and space planning data, which has improved decision-making, reduced manual work, and freed staff to focus on higher-value tasks; the system also helped support service for 2,500 students and 120 faculty across four locations.
