Victory Baptist Church in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, wanted to reduce administrative hassles and improve how it handled giving and church operations. Assistant pastor Daniel Bybee evaluated its church management workflow and moved from the desktop version of PowerChurch Plus to PowerChurch Online, while also looking for a better online giving option through Vanco.
By combining PowerChurch Online with Vanco, the church streamlined finances, paid about 90% of bills online, sped up collection counting, and made giving easier for members wherever they were. Vanco helped increase online giving to 12% to 14% of total donations, supported recurring gifts and online ticket sales, and reduced counting errors and time spent handling cash and envelopes.
