Case Study: Ryder-Walker Alpine Adventures scales adventure travel operations with Vamoos

Ryder-Walker Alpine Adventures grows 7-10% with Vamoos

Ryder-Walker Alpine Adventures, a specialist in inn-to-inn hiking tours, faced the challenge of manually creating and updating printed itinerary books for their clients, a process that was extremely tedious and inefficient for their small team. To scale their business, they sought a solution and implemented the Vamoos Travel App to streamline their operations.

Using Vamoos, Ryder-Walker replaced printed documents with a digital app featuring interactive itineraries, GPX maps, and a documents wallet. The vendor's templating system allowed the company to clone and update existing trips in seconds. This solution enabled them to handle 1500 guests with a single production staff member and contributed to a business growth of 7-10%.
