ValueMomentum helped Tokio Marine HCC implement the new cloud-based policy issuance platform using AWS, the LAMP stack, InRule Decision Platform, and VRC Velocity. The result was a 75% reduction in submission-to-issuance time, a drop in product rate and coverage changes from about three months to one week, a 12.5% enterprise productivity increase, and a 60% boost in IT development productivity.
