Valtech partnered with Ofgem, the UK government's energy regulator, to address significant challenges in how the organization stored and used data internally and how it collected regulatory data from the energy industry. These processes were creating a large burden and confusion for both Ofgem and its stakeholders.

Over 30 months, Valtech implemented a new Data Hub to serve as a single source of truth for internal data and a Data Exchange portal to streamline external data collection. This solution automated the submission process, reducing a task that previously took weeks to under an hour.
