The client's challenge was to build a scalable, end-to-end ecommerce platform capable of instilling customer trust for high-value purchases and seamlessly managing complex logistics and numerous third-party integrations, all while needing to scale at an unprecedented rate.

Valtech implemented a solution using an entirely serverless AWS architecture, including SQS, SNS, and Lambdas, to create a robust and flexible platform. They optimized the customer payment journey for European expansion and helped design an end-to-end car subscription service. The results were highly measurable, with Valtech delivering the platform to a private beta launch in just four months. This new platform facilitated the sale of over 1,000 cars in its first 12 weeks and enabled the building of a complete consumer finance journey in only two months.
