The client required a significant upgrade to its two core mental health and well-being platforms to improve performance, handle a massive and growing user base, and ensure the reliable delivery of these sensitive services.

Through its Experience Elevation offering, Valtech implemented a comprehensive technical solution that included performance diagnostics, code optimization, and the introduction of a load-testing framework. This work resolved system crashes and dramatically improved capacity and speed.
