The software company Arrow, a wholesaler facing the challenge of understanding its market and providing relevant end-customer insights to its retailers, partnered with Valona Intelligence. Arrow needed to collect more in-depth customer data to support retailing and identify new sales opportunities despite its relative anonymity to end customers.

The results were quickly utilized; they were presented at Arrow's Cloud Summit and used by its salespeople. Based on the Valona survey, a marketing campaign was crafted, enabling Arrow to predict market developments, focus its activities effectively, and elevate its retailer support.
