Moulin d’Or, a Gepaco SA brand and a major player in Tunisia’s packaged pastry sector with a turnover around 1 800 000 DT, sells 27 products through an independent van-sellers network that serves more than 10,000 points of sale. This fragmented distribution model left Moulin d’Or with poor visibility—uncertainty about where products were sold, which POS carried them, and how sales were executed. To address this, Moulin d’Or deployed Valomnia’s solution, equipping its van sellers with the Valomnia DSD mobile application.

Valomnia’s DSD app tracks products from picking and packing to delivery, captures POS geolocation via GPS check-in/check-out, and saves all order intakes made at each POS. As a result, Valomnia restored end-to-end visibility and control over Moulin d’Or’s distribution: deliveries and orders are now recorded per POS, routes and seller activity are verifiable by location, and the company can monitor presence and sales across its 10,000+ POS network.
